What we collect
When you submit the website-review or contact form, we collect the fields you enter - name, email, phone (optional), business details, your current website, and your message. We also receive basic analytics (page views, referrers, device type) which is anonymous.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry.
- To prepare your free website review.
- To follow up about a project you asked about.
What we don't do
- No mailing lists. No newsletter you didn't ask for.
- No selling, renting, or sharing your info with third parties for marketing.
- No retargeting ads built off your form submission.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our Supabase database. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both providers offer industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Only LeadFlow Web Studio staff can read submissions.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete or correct your submission at any time. Email hello@leadflowwebstudio.com and we'll handle it within a few business days.
Cookies
We use a single anonymous analytics cookie (or the cookieless equivalent through Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used. No advertising trackers.
